Works perfect, Great Buy!! I have to order my great dane's food online so it was important to have a food storage bin that didn't take up a lot of space but was able to hold a lot of food. The Vittles Vault 80lb works great, I order two 33lb bags of food at a time, both fit in but only if the container is completely empty to begin with. It takes up less space than a trash can and really does seal air tight, so you don't have that dog food smell in the garage. I was unable to find this larger size at the pet stores and everywhere else I looked on line charged twice as much for this item and the shipping charges were outrageous! That's why I love amazon, you can find great deals and usually no shipping charge.

WOW!!! I bought this thing and when it came to my door I was pleasently surprised by its size. Now I can store thoes Costco/BJ's Sized Dog Chow bags of food in it without any problem. Also the image shown is grossly wrong. The container is taller than what is displayed and can hurt sales from that point alone. I will post some accurate photos to better illustrate this and hopefully sheds a better light on a superb product. Neat and tidy! It does what it was made to do immensely.

We have 2 Vittles Vault 40# containers and recently bought 2 of these 80# containers. These vaults are great. We have not had to replace a single lid or storage container in nearly 4 years of ownership. We are members of the Orijen Breeders Program and thus we have to buy 210# of food at a time. This makes it very convenient to store such a large amount of food, especially since their program requires you to cut the UPC off the bag and thus making a hole in the bag. I would highly recommend Vittles Vaults of any size to anyone who owns a pet. These are better than storing the food in the bag, and I think these are the only pet food storage containers massively sold that are FDA approved for food storage.

I have had this for over six months now through both frigid and hot temperatures. I keep my dogs food in this container in the kennel. It has kept the food fresh. Very convenient. Great product.

This is the best I have found for storing horse feed. I use it at the stables and nothing can get in it including my horse! Fantastic design and size. It fits a 50lb. sack of feed with plenty of room for my scooper. Also when I start to run low on feed, I can easily fit a new bag in because it holds 80 lbs. Well pleased with this product.
