I bought the diffuser and the spray. I took my cat off the streets and 3 months later moved. Two traumatic changes for him. He cried non-stop for two weeks! My vet said to get Feliway. Petsmart was out so I bought Pet-Ease whose refills are much cheaper (super plus). I couldn't believe the difference. He rolled over on his back and went right to sleep. He rarely cries (except before dinner when I'm walking to his dish)and seems much happier. The spray is nice for areas the diffuser doesn't reach--his favorite blanket, tv room, crate for trips to vet, etc. My other stray who didn't mind the move loves it as well. He was always standoffish but loves to be "handled" more now. Run out and get it!

Using this spray is a great idea. Pheronomes are recommended in every cat behavior book I have read for everything from cat aggression to litter box problems. I have been using a diffuser for about a month. I also use this spray in places the diffuser can't reach such as the basement, and specific areas the cats sleep or tend to "hang out." There has been a slight difference in the aggression issues between two of my cats (I have four). But the real issue in my house is that the main kitty culprit was not raised around its mother so does not understand proper cat etiquette. I was hoping the pheronomes would help calm the situation, but there are still cat fights resulting from her bad manners. But I still would recommend trying it.
