great alternative to plastic garbage bags! April 9, 2010 true blue (Seattle, WA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We use the 3-gallon Biobags in place of plastic garbage bags for kitchen, bathroom, etc. They are a little more delicate than plastic bags, but not a problem.
(We used to use the plastic bags from food shopping, but now use reusable bags for that purpose.)
We love the Biobags & give them 5 stars! We order enough at a time to get free shipping, & that comes to 16 cents a bag. It feels good to be cutting down on plastic.
different use for a great product! March 15, 2010 Kathrine Tyree (san diego, ca) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I actually use these bags for cat litter disposal (the dog waste bags are a bit too small). I stopped using plastic bags for my groceries, so I didn't just have them around the house anymore and didn't want to flush the litter (although it's natural pine, it's not good for aquatic animals to flush litter). I came across this option a year or so ago. They do a great job of keeping the odor down in the trash bins. I used to use the 13 gallon size in my diaper gene, but now I just use these bags to dispose of stink diapers as well, now that we're down to about one a day. They're great!
Great bags June 28, 2010 Ron Grether (San Francisco) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have purchased these bags before and find them perfect for the compost bins that the city of SanFrancisco provides. They are strong and leak-proof and definitely do the job well. I highly recommend.
COMPOST BAGS February 7, 2010 E. Musser GREAT BIODEGRADABLE BAGS FOR GATHERING YOUR COMPOST. I HAVE NOT TRIED THEM FOR FOOD STORAGE.
Biobag great March 4, 2010 Diane Lichtenstein (Alameda, CA) Biobag great for my food waste. Keeps the odor down, easy to use and much more convenient to put the bag in the large bin.
