This shampoo is awesome no buts about it...It brought out the white and gold colors of our dog and left him super clean. I dont get it why people leave bad reviews on this shampoo? Maybe they dont like a great looking dog or great smelling dog and if thats the case, it makes you wonder about thier own personal care. It left our dog super clean and smelling great for days, not 1 or 2 days but 5 day later he still smelled like heaven and looked great. If you want a regular shampoo for a small price this is it, but its no regular shampoo thats a fact!

after ordering this shampoo, they sent the wrong product, i sent a note along with the wrong shampoo and returned it. about 4 days later they sent me the same wrong shampoo again, i returned it again and left a message for them to call me. i recieved a call from someone and i explained that i recieved the wrong shampoo 2 time and he told me that they were out of the Isle of Dog silky coating shampoo so they sent me another kind, twice mind you. i will not be using amazon again, its too hard to reach help when i needed it. sincerely billie
