This product is fantastic. It has made it possible to run the CatGenie 120 without leaving the house.
Previously, the scented version made the asthmatic (who experienced a frightening smothering sensation) and "super-smeller" (who literally woke gagging from sound sleep) in our household unable to stay in the building.
(Actually, it was possible to run it when they were home by opening all the windows and closing the door to the room where the CatGenie is located, but that was time-consuming, obviated auto-setup or cat activation, and prevented feline access, so the cats relieved themselves on the floor, all of which defeats the purpose.)
Yes, there is a little smell from the very small amount of poop which sometimes eludes the automatic scoop and is sanitized, but this is a great alternative if the scented version doesn't work for you.

CatGenie 120 SaniSolution SmartCartridge-Scent Free
This is the cleaning solution you would purchase if you own the Cat Genie 120. Which you should own if you have a cat. I haven't cleaned a litter box in months and months, thanks to this solution and my Cat Genie. It's a cat litter box that hooks up to your plumbing and cleans itself! You simply need to flush the toilet.
The SaniSolution leaves the washable granules (which is the "cat litter") smelling fresh and clean! Just make sure you always have a spare sitting around because if the Cat Genie runs out of SaniSolution, you can't use it again until you get more. I ran out last month and had to use my old normal litter box for a week. Within an hour or two (immediately after my cat used it), the litter box smelled and the aroma quickly moved around my whole apartment. Especially if you have an apartment, you should get a Cat Genie. SAVE UP for it, like I did. Seriously, the litter box smell is GONE.
I have 3 cats and it takes about 1.5 months to go through a whole container of SaniSolution. So if you have fewer cats, and chances are you do, it would last much longer. Also if you run your Cat Genie on Cat Activation mode, the SaniSolution supposedly last twice as long.
The only downside is - what if your cat has to go while the box is being cleaned? Unfortunately, the cleaning process takes a half hour (it's pretty thorough). Three or four times, my cat pooped on the couch because he apparently couldn't wait until the thing was finished cleaning. I only have this issue with one cat though and I doubt it's very common.
In summary, SaniSolution rocks and so does the Cat Genie that it keeps sparklingly clean.

It's the same as it's always been, smells good and has to be replaced every 240 washes in my 120.

I owned the original catgenie for years and switched to the 120 a few months ago and I must say that these cartridges are AWESOME. They last several times longer and work just as well. Also, they're clearly more friendly to the environment than the old cartridges. Either the scented or unscented works fine for me. The people who complain about the smell are insane. Like I said, I've been using catgenies for several years in my kitchen and a bedroom and no one ever notices any bad smell and in fact people often ask what air freshener I use. I've got three cats and these things are a god-send.

HI, as a new proud owner of the CatGenie and a 14 year transplant patient. I was really relieved not to have to 'play with litter' hardly anymore. No more litter changes, no more putting scoopable litter in the garbage, etc. The formula they use lasts a month for 4 cats and is comparable with the cost of scoopable litter, and a whole lot lighter than 20 lbs of litter. A strong but pleasant Fresh Air scent, hides most but not all of the smell of urine, etc.
